Individuals with a Provider Portal account can access these files through the Remittance Inquiry application. For now, this option is only available to providers affected by the Change Healthcare outage. Individuals who need a HealthPartners Provider Portal account should contact their site delegate (find your delegate ) or register their organization.

Review & update your practice and practitioners online
HealthPartners providers are expected to keep their information up-to-date by using the Provider Data Profiles application. Sign in to access Provider Data Profiles from your applications menu and review/update your location details and practitioners. If you don’t see Provider Data Profiles in your application menu, you may contact your portal delegate to get access to the Provider Data Profiles application.
