Get the support you need
Allina Health is transitioning to three new benefit partners effective January 1, 2013:
- BlueCross BlueShield will administer medical claims
- Express Scripts will administer pharmacy claims
- Optum will provide case and disease management support, as well as access to the HelpCare Advisor program
For questions about any claims incurred through December 31, 2012, you can continue to contact HealthPartners member services and utilize the website.
