New provider estimation tool

Providers now have a new way to quickly receive a payment estimate over the Internet. A new Web tool calculates a real-time claim payment estimation based on the actual information available in the HealthPartners claims adjudication system. Because it calculates member coverage and provider reimbursement in one easy, integrated solution, the HealthPartners tool provides a level of accuracy superior to that of other estimation tools.

By using the tool, providers will be able to more accurately predict the patient’s claim liability amount so they can have a conversation before the patient is treated.
