A Turn-Key Solution for Wellness Communication

HealthPartners created the Engage Toolkit as a turn-key communication system to help direct health and wellness messages to your employees. This system offers you a full year of communications about healthy living, preventive care and how to get the most out of your HealthPartners plan.

This Implementation Guide provides context for and suggestions about how to use the materials linked below. A 12 month calendar is included, but each employer will use the materials differently. If you have an internal wellness communication plan, please use these materials to augment your existing work where possible. They do not have to be used in order and you can pick and choose which pieces are most relevant to you and your employees.

These topics were chosen for multiple reasons. We first focused on the five drivers of health care costs: poor nutrition, lack of physical activity, tobacco use, excessive alcohol use, and stress. We also included topics commonly requested by employers seeking resources on health and wellness topics.
