I want you to know the feedback I received from my staff regarding the value of the mock codes you provided. Last week there was a code on the day shift. Staff told me that because of the practice and feedback that mock codes gave them, they were able to execute a successful code; from remembering to hook up the oxygen to doing compressions, they all worked together as a team.
