DESCRIPTION
We provide assessment and treatment of mental health and chemical dependency problems at several metropolitan offices. Our professional staff is highly skilled in caring for adults, adolescents and children, and is dedicated to serving your special needs and concerns. Initial Appointment
Your first visit will take approximately one hour. During this appointment you can discuss your situation and concerns with a mental health professional. After this initial appointment, an assessment and recommendation for treatment will be made. To schedule your first appointment, call (952) 967-7992. Follow-up appointments are scheduled at the clinic where you receive treatment. If you need to cancel an appointment, please notify the clinic as soon as possible.
Prescription Medications
Your psychiatrist may write prescriptions at the time of your appointment. If a refill is needed between appointments, please call your pharmacy directly. The pharmacist will call us for approval. Please allow at least two days for this process.
