Abbott Northwestern Hospital is the largest not-for-profit hospital in the Twin Cities area. Each year, the hospital serves more than 180,000 patients from the Twin Cities and Upper Midwest. In conjunction with the Minneapolis Heart Institute, Abbott Northwestern Hospital offers a full range of services for the early detection, treatment and rehabilitation of heart disease. Virginia Piper Cancer Institute
The Virginia Piper Cancer Institute provides compassionate, personalized, integrated care to patients and families throughout their experience with cancer. By actively participating in clinical research and multispecialty treatment planning, the Institute offers access to the most current oncology care, utilizing the highest quality technology.
Minneapolis Neuroscience Institute
A wide range of neurological evaluation and treatment is available through the Minneapolis Neuroscience Institute. The large volume of neurological care provided enables the Institute to have an ongoing investment in specialized resources and clinical research efforts.
Abbott offers health resources for women, including obstetrics and infertility services. The Perinatal Center, a collaboration between Abbott Northwestern Hospital and Children's Healthcare--Minneapolis, provides medical expertise in high-risk obstetrics.
