Established in 1984, Fairview Uptown Clinic serves the residents of the Minneapolis Uptown neighborhood and surrounding communities. We specialize in meeting the health and wellness of patients of all ages, babies, children, teens and adults, in traditional and nontraditional families. These services are provided by 6 physicians and 1 physician assistant. Our mission is to provide access to services that promote spiritual, physical and emotional health through all stages of life to both patients and communities. We exist to deliver quality, cost-effective health care with compassion, dignity, and integrity in a supportive environment.
