Our clinic is a sponsoring partner of Family HealthServices Minnesota and affiliated with East Metro Family Practice. Our physicians and staff are committed to making your health care experience the best possible. It is a responsibility that we take very seriously.
Patients who choose our clinic may see any of the physicians located at our site. If a patient wishes to change to another East Metro Family Practice Clinic site, we will assist them with the process. We encourage our patients to select a primary care provider as their personal physician to improve the continuity of care.
We strive for wellness. However, if illness does occur, we will provide personalized and effective treatment to maximize your recovery. When closed, after-hours care can be obtained by calling our clinic where you will be put in touch with the on-call physician for advice and care directions. We encourage our patients to always contact their personal physician at their chosen clinic for guidance concerning their health care needs.
Whether your needs are preventive or urgent, we will do everything we can to listen attentively and respond promptly to assure you that you have made the right choice.
Our clinic has advanced access appointment scheduling. Same day appointments available with the doctor of your choice.
