Personal Profile I was initially attracted to this specialty because of obstetrics. Pregnancy is such an exciting time in a women's life and it is a privilege to be a part of that experience. However, during my training I also discovered that I like caring for women of all ages as well as performing gynecologic surgery. I continue to enjoy all aspects of obstetrics and gynecology. My special areas of interest include adolescent care, birth control, high risk pregnancy, minimally invasive surgery, including laparoscopic and robotic surgery, and office procedures. I believe that forming a partnership with my patients provides the best care and results in the best possible outcome. I was born and raised in Minnesota.
