Personal Profile
I was born/raised in Minnesota. After finishing college to receive my RN degree, I worked in oncology at NMMC. I had always been interested in women's health care and choose to become a Women's Health NP after receiving excellent care and support when I was first pregnant. At the time I was seeing an OB MD and one of Minnesota's first Ob/Gyn NP's. The advanced education of a women's health NP has prepared me to provide direct patient care and treatment to women from teen years thru post menopause as well as pregnancy. I enjoy providing up-to-date information/education to help enable women to make good decisions about their health.
I'm married and have two adult children. In our spare time we enjoy raising and training Labrador retrievers for hunt tests and field trials all year long.
