Medicare Formulary

HealthPartners uses a formulary, which is a list of drugs selected in consultation with a team of healthcare providers believed to be a necessary part of a quality treatment program. The formulary outlines the drugs that HealthPartners will cover for its members as long as the drug is medically necessary, filled at a HealthPartners network pharmacy, and all other plan rules are followed.
