The purpose for establishing Designated Centers for Transplants is to improve quality of care, enhance member satisfaction, and improve transplant outcomes. The transplant programs in the Designated Network have not only demonstrated surgical competency but also a commitment to outcome measurement and an integrated service approach to transplant surgery.
The Centers were selected based upon their experience, clinical outcomes, service, access, cost, coordination of care, research and education, and a willingness to partner with HealthPartners Health Plan.
Below is the list of all participating designated transplant programs. Click on the center's name and you will be linked to their website.
