LaMont Boykins is a training and development consultant. His past career opportunities includes vice president for Training and Development of Ameriprise Financial, Inc. and nineteen years of executive and managerial experience with Ford Motor Company. His extensive community service involves Boy Scouts of America (Eagle Scout), Mentor, INROADS, Inc. (high school internship program), Community Youth Education (coach baseball, basketball, soccer, football and track), and board member of the Executive Leadership Council, FAAN, Ford Motor Company, the Fairways West Executive Council. He is also a director on the HealthPartners Research Foundation.
