Career
Barbara Kaufman has spent nearly forty-five years in management positions in human services. She retired as executive director of Genesis II for Women, a program that offers day treatment to women offenders and their children. In addition she has served in leadership positions for organizations including the Minnesota Senior Federation, the YMCA, the National Association of Social Workers, Minnesota Chapter, and Ethics Committee, and National Association of Social Workers.
