Career
Jim Malecha is an Executive Vice President, CFO and Principle of Egan Company. Prior to joining Egan, Jim was with McGladrey & Pullen, LLC for twenty years, the last eight as a partner-in-charge of the Construction and Real Estate Group in the Minneapolis office. Jim currently serves on the Advisory Board for Hearts & Hammers – Twin Cities and previously held positions as treasurer and board member. Jim has also served as committee chair for the Boy Scouts "Scouting for Pheasants" program and has held board positions for industry associations both locally and nationally.

Jim is married to Corinne Malecha. They have a son, daughter and two English Setters. Jim and Corinne are involved with both of their children's sporting events and the family enjoys many outdoor activities
