Executive Committee
- Monitors the overall operations of the organization
- Serves as an advisory resource to the president and CEO
- Oversees the formulation, development and approval of long range and annual plans
- Oversees the HealthPartners corporate integrity program
- Coordinates and facilitates committee and board operations

Member Appeals Committee
- Provides an objective, member-oriented forum for resolution of member appeals
- Ensures that board members hear directly from members about the level of service they experience from HealthPartners
- Based on member input, identifies improvement initiatives

Quality Committee
- Advocates for quality of care and service for our members, patients and community
- Provides oversight of service and care
- Monitors performance measures to gauge success of HealthPartners goal of providing the best care and service for our patients and members.

Health Transformation Committee
- Assures the implementation of HealthPartners six aims to provide optimal healthcare for our members, patients and community
- Communicates the importance of health improvement, care system redesign, performance and medical management.

Governance Committee
- Ensures that the boards are comprised of individuals with appropriate skills and background
- Identifies and nominates qualified individuals to serve as directors
- Establishes board functions and responsibilities
- Assesses board performance to improve governance quality

Meets at least six times a year.
Innovations in Products and Services Committee
- Provides vision and guidance to marketing, sales and customer service areas to ensure that customer needs are met
- Ensures that HealthPartners goals to improve the quality of healthcare are reinforced through the products and services offered by the organization

Finance and Audit Committee
- Provides oversight of the financial condition, operations and direction of HealthPartners and its subsidiaries and affiliates
- Provides oversight of the assets of the corporation
- Oversees internal and external audit activities
- Reviews and recommends board action including investment policies and budget

Compensation Committee
- Recommends overall compensation philosophy for the organizations with emphasis on CEO and senior officers
- Determines appropriate base and total compensation ranges for executive officers
- Ensures that the compensation structure establishes appropriate incentives for management and employees
