Designed for widowed individuals age 55 and younger, this group provides a context for young widowed individuals to meet and discuss issues unique to them.

Families Growing Through Grief Retreat Weekend
– Designed for families where one of the parents has died, this unique 2-day retreat provides an opportunity for the surviving parent and his/her children ages 3-18 to spend time with other families in similar circumstances. Co-sponsored by five metro area hospice programs, the programming at the retreat allows families to spend time together as well as with age-specific groups to process the loss they have experienced. This year's retreat will be held November 7-8, 2009, at the Mount Olivet Retreat Center in Farmington, MN.
