Healthy Weight Loss Strategies

Are you sick of fad diets, unhealthy habits or promises of pounds melting off overnight? HealthPartners is offering a new series of healthy weight loss classes aimed at getting you motivated and providing you with lifelong tools for success. Our medically approved program will provide you the tools you need to take and KEEP the weight off, including a pedometer, calorie and fat gram counter, food and exercise journaling techniques and a focus on the new food pyramid.

The Healthy Weight Loss Strategies Program is led by a team of dietitians, behavioral health specialists, physical therapists and physicians.* It is held at a variety of locations throughout the year. You can pick the program location and time that is most convenient for you. Classes meet twice a month for six months. Learn more about the specific topics addressed in each class session.

Class size is limited to 20 participants for maximum personal attention and interaction.

Cost
$275 due upon registration (non-refundable); this is less than $12 per week over the six month program
