Balancing Stress for Healthy Living
Relax. Learn to take control of your stress. Take the first step toward managing stress and improving your overall health with "A Call to Change... Balancing Stress for Healthy Living." Work one-on-one with a health educator to:
  • Identify your personal stressors
  • Learn and practice relaxation techniques
  • Develop new coping skills
  • Learn how to manage time
  • Discover how to incorporate healthy lifestyle habits
  • Learn how to think positively
  • Learn how to relax and meditate

Here's how it works:

  • Arrange 15-minute phone sessions with a health educator.
  • The sessions can be scheduled Monday through Thursday between 7 a.m. and 10 p.m., CST, and Friday between 7 a.m. and 6 p.m., CST.
  • You'll receive a course workbook and action planner.
  • Complete workbook activities on your own time to learn more about managing your stress and to prepare for phone sessions.
