Learn how to think positively
Learn how to relax and meditate
Here's how it works:
Arrange 15-minute phone sessions with a health educator.
The sessions can be scheduled Monday through Thursday between 7 a.m. and 10 p.m., CST, and Friday between 7 a.m. and 6 p.m., CST.
You'll receive a course workbook and action planner.
Complete workbook activities on your own time to learn more about managing your stress and to prepare for phone sessions.
