Do you suffer from low back pain, or do you want to prevent it from happening to you? We can help you adopt the lifetime skills necessary to prevent or manage your pain with "A Call to Change... Back to Health." Work one-on-one with an exercise specialist to learn how to:
  • Maintain proper posture while sitting and standing
  • Assess your body mechanics
  • Engage in physical activity and set goals
  • Stretch properly
  • Cope with pain
  • Do aerobic exercise to increase movement
  • Strengthen your muscles

Here's how it works:

  • Arrange 15-minute phone sessions with an exercise specialist.
  • The sessions can be scheduled Monday through Thursday between 7 a.m. and 10 p.m., CST, and Friday between 7 a.m. and 6 p.m., CST.
  • You'll receive a course workbook and exercise plan.
  • Complete workbook activities on your own time to learn more about back pain and to prepare for phone sessions.
