Get the added support you need to achieve your weight loss goals with Healthy Lifestyles, Healthy Weight. Work with a health coach to learn how to:
  • Set realistic health behavior change goals
  • Eat right
  • Exercise
  • Manage stress
  • Keep the weight off

Here's how it works:

  • Schedule phone calls with a health coach.
  • The sessions can be scheduled Monday through Thursday between 7 a.m. and 10 p.m., CST, and Friday between 7 a.m. and 6 p.m., CST.
  • You'll receive program materials, pedometer, food and activity log, and action planner.
