Individualized password
When you sign up for secure online access, HealthPartners asks you to create your own password, along with a username, to access your accounts. This information is encrypted during transmission and will remain a secret as long as you do not disclose it. Access is granted only to users that have registered with their health care clinic and have completed an authorization form. We verify your identity before granting access to anyone.
Timed log-off
HealthPartners Clinics online patient services site will automatically log you off after 20 minutes of inactivity. This reduces the risk of others accessing your information from your unattended computer.
