Get Moving, Get FitSM

If you want to increase your physical activity and boost your overall health, "A Call to Change... Get Moving, Get Fit" will help you take the first steps. You'll set personal activity goals and be enrolled in HealthPartners' award-winning 10,000 Steps® program. Work with an exercise specialist to:
  • Increase regularity of physical activity
  • Develop conditioning through aerobic activity
  • Enhance flexibility
  • Discover the benefits of strength training
Here's how it works:
  • Arrange 15-minute phone sessions with an exercise specialist.
  • The sessions can be scheduled Monday through Thursday between 7 a.m. and 10 p.m., CST, and Friday between 7 a.m. and 6 p.m., CST.
  • You'll be enrolled in 10,000 Steps® and receive a pedometer.
  • You'll receive a course workbook and personal action plan.
Complete workbook activities on your own to learn more about fitness activities and to prepare for phone sessions.
