Pharmacy
At HealthPartners, pharmacists and technicians are an integral part of the healthcare delivery team. We operate 15 clinic pharmacies, a mail order pharmacy, and a central fill pharmacy, all conveniently located throughout the Twin Cities Metro area. We offer great work schedules (many sites are open from 8am to 6pm Monday to Friday) in addition to competitive benefits and salaries. Our organization offers the opportunity for advancement in a variety of positions available in the different business units of pharmacy services.
Our pharmacists are friendly, professional, and are actively involved with each patient's drug therapy. At HealthPartners we provide the environment to allow pharmacists to consult patients on every new prescription. In addition, our pharmacists have access to the patient's medical record that allows them to monitor drug therapies, screen for potential drug interactions, monitor lab values, and identify duplicate therapies.

We continue to pursue ways to utilize pharmacists in innovative practice settings such as Clinic Pharmacy, Oncology pharmacy, Infusion Pharmacy, MTM program, Mail Order, and our HIV Medication Compliance Program.
