HealthPartners to provide online claims and account information details

Bloomington, Minn. — Starting November 7, 2006, HealthPartners members will have enhanced online access to claims and account information related to their flexible spending accounts (FSAs) and Health Reimbursement Accounts (HRAs).
Using their secure personal web accounts, members will be able to view account balances at a glance and view details of individual claims and payment history, all smoothly integrated into their online member experience. The enhancements further integrate claims from their HealthPartners medical and dental plan with their FSA and/or HRA activity. Members can see the status and details of claims that have been automatically submitted from a medical or dental plan, or submitted by the member on paper to their FSA or HRA.
To access My HealthPartners Account Balances, members will log on to their member homepage and click on either the "My Medical Plan" or "My Dental Plan" tabs. The "MyClaims/Account Info" link in the top left corner of the white box is conveniently placed for members to find easily and quickly.
This service is completely secure, safe and confidential, giving members peace of mind while checking their claims online.
The integration of medical and dental plan claims with FSAs and HRAs is just one of many recent upgrades to the HealthPartners website and is yet another example of how the company is executing its key brand message of "providing the service you deserve."
