Also, if you're eligible to opt in for electronic subscriptions, you can eliminate paper documents by receiving explanations of benefits (EOBs) in your "My Plan Messages" inbox. Simply click on the "My Subscriptions" link found at the top right of your "My Plan Messages" page to get started.
