Your coverage and care
With the HealthPartners Traditional plan, you pay 100 percent of your healthcare costs until your deductible is met. After that, HealthPartners pays for 80 percent to 100 percent of your costs.
What's covered under the plan
The Traditional plan gives you coverage for:
- Preventive care
- Office and urgent care visits
- Inpatient and outpatient hospital care
- Medications
- Emergencies
- Dental care for accidental injury
Some costs you don't pay at all, whether you've met your deductible or not:
- 100 percent coverage for well-child care up to age 6
- 100 percent coverage for immunizations up to age 18
