I don't have a user name or password

You create your own user name and password the first time you register for your personal page. Once you're registered, use your user name and password to log on and view your account information. Be sure to write down your user name and password so you don't forget it, and keep it in a safe place.

Register for an FSA account

I forgot my password

You can reset your own password using the Log on with Security Question page.
  1. Enter your user name, last name, and date of birth in the appropriate fields, and click Continue.
  2. Enter the correct answer to your Security Question and click Continue.
  3. Create and confirm your new password, and click Continue.
If you have forgotten the answer to your password security question, call our Web Support Helpdesk from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Central time, Monday through Friday at 952-853-8888, 952-883-5127 (TTY) or toll free at 877-726-0203.

I forgot my user name

You can look up your user name using the Look up My User Name page.
  1. Enter the following information in the appropriate fields:
    • Social security number (or 12-digit Employee ID for Hennepin Country employees)
    • First and last name
    • Date of birth
  2. Click Continue.

My user name and password don't work

Verify that you are using the correct user name and password for your FSA account page.

Register for an FSA account

The information I entered doesn't match HealthPartners' records

Verify that you are registering for your FSA account from the appropriate registration page; Hennepin County employees have a registration process that differs from other employer groups.

The registration form won't let me continue

Verify that you have completed all required fields. Red text and error messages will help you identify where the problem lies. Correct the appropriate information and resubmit the form.

Make sure that you follow these rules for user names and passwords: Your user name and password must be at least 8 characters and cannot be identical. Passwords are case sensitive.

Technical information

This site works best if you use the following browser versions, encryption and screen resolutions:
  • Internet Explorer version 4.0 or higher, or Netscape version 4.0 or higher, with 128-bit encryption.
  • PC and Mac users should set their screen resolutions at 1024 x 768.
  • Users must have cookies enabled.
