I don't have a user name or password.
In order to register, you need to
request an activation code.
You will receive one at your home address within 5 business days.
After you have received your activation code, you create your own user name and password the first time you register for your personal page. Once you're registered, use your user name and password to log on to view your personal information. Be sure to write down your user name and password so you don't forget it, and keep it in a safe place.

You can reset your own password by going to the
Log On with Security Question page.
- Enter your user name, last name and date of birth.
- Answer the password verification question that you created when you registered. (Answers are case sensitive.)
- Select a new password. Write it down and store it in a safe place.

The registration form won't let me continue.
Be sure to fill out all the required fields. If you submit the registration form with information that is incomplete or incorrect, you'll see red text identifying where the problem lies. Check for the red text, correct that information and resubmit the form.
Make sure that you follow these rules for user names and passwords: Your user name and password must be at least 8 characters and cannot be the same. Passwords are case sensitive.
Technical information
This site works best if you use the following browser versions, encryption and screen resolutions:
- Internet Explorer version 4.0 or higher, or Netscape version 4.0 or higher, with 128-bit encryption.
- PC and Mac users should set their screen resolutions at 1024 x 768.
- Users must have cookies enabled.
