Statement of Interest:
I am interested in serving on the Board of HealthPartners as both a consumer of services and as a professional who cares deeply about our community's health and well-being. For over 30 years, I have been a member of HealthPartners. Healthcare is vitally important not only to those who can afford it, but for everyone, be it the person who is a new immigrant or someone who has recently lost their job. As a large health plan, HealthPartners can make a difference in our community by leading efforts to transform care. I have worked in the healthcare area in both the public and non-profit sectors and know first-hand how good leadership to integrate services across sectors can improve healthcare services for our most vulnerable. If elected, it would be an honor to serve on the Board.
