I have served on Regions Hospital board (1986-2005) and HealthPartners Finance and Audit Committee (2005-present) because of my interest in ensuring that this community has high quality affordable health care and health insurance. I am interested in now serving on the HealthPartners board because I believe my expertise and perspectives would be useful. Ive spent my career in finance and actuarial services for a mutual life insurance company and I understand the importance of financial stability and being responsive to members/customers. As a board member I would be committed to making sure that resources are invested wisely to help achieve HealthPartners mission of improving health for its members, patients and the community.
