You can email your doctor or other HealthPartners provider anytime of the day or night. Send a message from the office, while you're traveling, or at night - as you're catching up on your day. Have you ever driven away from an office visit when you suddenly realize you forgot to ask about something? Don't worry. With Online Patient Services, you'll just send the provider a follow-up note once you arrive home.
View your online medical record
HealthPartners Online Patient Services lets you access most of the same medical record information that's available to your HealthPartners provider. You can view a visit summary, current health conditions, allergies or your immunization history. They are all available via your online medical record.
Access in-depth, up-to-date health information
HealthPartners has a wealth of healthcare information resources. The Healthwise® data base covers more than 6,000 health-related topics and is updated regularly so you'll always have access to the most current information. The content is also linked to your test results. You can log on to get specific information about what your test results mean.
Access your child's healthcare records
Most Online Patient Services are available for parents or guardians of children. You have full proxy access to your child's medical record while they are age 0 to 11. If your child is between the ages of 12 - 17, you will be granted partial access to his or her medical record. You can access your children's shot records and print them for school, camp or sports participation. You can also schedule appointments for your children or request medical advice on their behalf.
Verify medications and allergies
