Lower Dental Plan Rates; Two-Year Rate Guarantee on Existing Medical Groups
We have lowered rates on HealthPartners dental plans for new groups with 50 or fewer employees. Also, for your clients who currently have a HealthPartners medical plan, we are offering a two-year rate guarantee if they purchase a HealthPartners dental plan. Our Distinctions Dental Plans offer a tiered network with two benefit levels and two networks. Plan members pay the deductible and coinsurance that coincides with the provider they choose. The network provides access to more than 1,900 dentists in 1,300 clinics throughout Minnesota and border communities:-
Benefit Level 1 features two of Minnesota's most respected dental groups – HealthPartners Dental Group and Park Dental Clinics

Benefit Level 2 includes more than 1,700 dentists in the Twin Cities and throughout Minnesota
All four plans are also available with orthodontic benefits.

HealthPartners Open Access Dental Plan
Our open access network plans give members the ability to see the provider of their choice. Our PPO network of more than 1,900 providers is over 30 percent larger than the next largest PPO network in the area. Benefit choices include:-
Annual max of $750, $1,000, $1,250 or $1,500

Deductibles of $0, $25, $50 or $75

Coinsurances for preventive, basic and major care of 100/50/0, 100/50/50 and 100/80/50

Optional orthodontic care

Our Voluntary Dental plan options give members access to our PPO dental network of more than 1,900 providers. Benefit choices include:-
Annual max of $500, $750, $1,000 or $1,250

Deductibles for preventive, basic and major care of $25, $50 or $75

Coinsurances of 100/50/0, 100/50/50 or 100/80/50
