Do you have a client who needs coverage right away? The HealthPartners Short Term plan is ideal for anyone who needs affordable, temporary coverage immediately. Plans are offered in term lengths of 30, 60 and 90 days and provide coverage for office visits, emergency and urgent care, prescription drugs and more! The Short Term plan is also great temporary coverage for clients who are being underwritten for a comprehensive plan, such as a HealthPartners Traditional or Empower plan.
Note: The Short Term plan does not cover pre-existing conditions, physical, occupational and speech therapy; childbirth; transplants; mental health; and preventive care, except for well-child care up to age 6 and immunizations to age 18, which are all covered at 100%.
This plan is available to Minnesota residents. There are three rate areas for this plan in the state of Minnesota.
