The HealthPartners Empower individual plan is a high-deductible health plan with options of 80% and 100% coverage after the deductible. This product features first dollar preventive care coverage and is ideal for clients who do not expect to have many health-related expenses and want a low monthly premium. This plan is also perfect for clients interested in the tax advantages of a Health Savings Account (HSA).
HealthPartners can provide your clients with information on setting up an HSA with Wells Fargo; however, they are welcome to create their HSA with any financial institution.
This plan is available to Minnesota residents. There are three rate areas for this plan in the state of Minnesota.
