Medicare Prescription Drug (Part D) The HealthPartners Difference Our family of Medicare plans offers a variety of employer solutions, including options on Medicare Part D benefits. Since 2006, employers have had the option to offer a Medicare Part D plan to their post-65 retirees. Our family of plans include those without prescription drug coverage, with Enhanced or Standard Medicare Part D coverage, or with creditable coverage. Find out more about these options. If you have five or fewer post-65 retirees, you may want to consider our HealthPartners® Freedom individual plan. You can work with our account team to determine the best way to inform your post-65 retirees about this option.
