Healthy Pregnancy We'll help your employees who are pregnant or planning a pregnancy make important lifestyle changes to give their baby a healthy start. Plus, we'll help identify women at risk for a difficult pregnancy so we can offer them personal support and resources. Ultimately, this program helps your employees to prevent pregnancy complications and helps you reduce your healthcare costs. Here's how it works Participants start the program with an online, confidential planning assessment or a pregnancy assessment that identifies any risks for a difficult pregnancy. Women who are planning a pregnancy receive 10 e-mails with healthy tips for planning. Women who are currently pregnant receive up to 20, bi-weekly e-mail newsletters tailored to their specific stage of pregnancy. Women who are identified as at risk for a difficult pregnancy receive personalized phone coaching from a registered nurse. Employers may chose to encourage participation by offering an incentive. We'll help you promote the program among your population with a customizable communications toolkit. Plus, if you chose to purchase an incentive program, well administer the incentive determined by you and a HealthPartners representative.
