HealthyBENEFITS provides a personalized employee experience.
  • Employees start by taking HealthPartners nationally recognized health assessment. Each employee is stratified by his or her health risks.
  • Employees are then directed into the appropriate follow-up program. Covering a wide-range of topics, we offer online programs and phone coaching programs.
  • By taking the health assessment, participants receive a benefit or premium differential, gift cards administered by JourneyWell or another incentive determined by the employer.
