Delivered through a seamless Web experience, HealthyGUIDE combines JourneyWell's nationally recognized health assessment with a health information library, providing resources, tips and tools for self-guided health education.
- Employees start by taking the JourneyWell nationally recognized health assessment. Each employee is stratified by his or her health risks.
- By taking the health assessment, participants receive a benefit or premium differential, gift cards administered by JourneyWell or another incentive determined by the employer.
