24 Hour Access to Eligibility, Benefit and Claim Information


HealthPartners offers quick and easy phone access to member eligibility, benefit and claims information. The Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system is available 24-hours, seven-days-a-week.

To try out the new IVR system, just call in and follow the prompts. As always, you will need to have member identification information such as a birth date and member identification number. Claims and Member Service Representatives will continue to be available for assistance.
