HealthPartners Geriatrics medical care teams work with a comprehensive network of medical and surgical specialty physicians. These specialists know us and understand our work with residents at assisted living residences. We use an electronic medical record system to ensure safe transitions, care coordination and communication.
We also offer unique specialty care services in psychiatry and orthopedics. If needed, specialists in these fields will visit you at your care facility. Our psychiatry services are provided by board certified psychiatrists and psychiatric nurse practitioners who specialize in working with older adults. Our on-site orthopedic services include diagnosis, treatment and post-surgical care.
