How to check which network your plan uses:

• Look at your plan documents
• Call HealthPartners Member Services at 952-883-5000, 800-883-2177 or 952-883-5127 (TTY)
• Log on if you’re already a HealthPartners member

Although provider information is updated regularly, if you wish to be certain of receiving care from a specific provider, you should contact that provider to ask whether they are still a HealthPartners provider and whether or not the doctor is accepting new patients, or call Member Services.
