Please note: Clinics and providers shown here may not be available to you in your specific network. If you're already a HealthPartners member, be sure to log on to find providers in your specific network.

Although provider information is updated regularly, if you wish to be certain of receiving care from a specific provider, you should contact that provider to ask whether they are still a HealthPartners provider and whether or not the doctor is accepting new patients, or call Member Services.
