Flu season is just around the corner. Most clinics receive flu vaccine in August and September, and it's not too early to think about getting your shot. In fact, it's recommended that everyone over the age of six months get a shot as soon as vaccine is available – it will protect you for the entire season.

In addition to a flu vaccine, you can take every day simple steps to prevent the spread of flu, such as washing your hands often to reduce the spread of germs. We wish you a healthy and flu-free season!
