Primary-Specialty plan
With your Primary-Specialty plan you have two different copay options. When you see a primary care doctor, your copay will be lower. When you see a specialist, your copay will be higher. For example, your plan could have a $20 copay for a primary care visit and a $40 copay for a specialty care visit.
