Do you have a HealthPartners Medicare plan option through your employer?

Your HealthPartners plan will vary based on your specific group’s plan. In general, our plans offer:

• 100 percent coverage for routine and preventive care
• Five free visits to virtuwell^®, a 24/7 online clinic (after three visits, you’ll pay no more than $40 per visit)
• Coverage for office visits, hospitalization, emergency care
• Travel coverage, hearing aid discounts, healthy discounts and more

Some employers also offer Medicare prescription drug coverage (Part D coverage) for their retirees.
