Call Member Services

Call Member Services at the phone number on the back of your ID card. This ensures you’re connected to someone who specializes in your plan right away.

If you don’t have your card or you’re not a member yet, you can get answers by reaching out to our Member Services team:

  • Call 866-233-8734 (TTY 711) if you have the HealthPartners® Journey Group Medicare Advantage (PPO) plan.
  • Call 877-816-9539 (TTY 711) if you have the HealthPartners® Retiree National Choice (RNC) (PDP) plan.
