HealthPartners has expanded access to its My dashboard digital interface to all HealthPartners patients ages 18 and older.

The personalized digital experience helps members and patients schedule care, estimate costs, use wellness resources and more. Previously, only HealthPartners members had access. The expansion gives access to an additional 580,000 patients with online accounts, regardless of insurance. Additionally, information for patients under age 18 soon will be added to their parents’ or guardians’ page when they have proxy access.

“Expanding access to My dashboard is such a great benefit to our patients,” says Dr. Annie Ideker, chief medical information officer and senior medical director for care delivery technology at HealthPartners. “By giving every patient a personalized digital experience, we’re empowering them to take charge of their health, and we’re delivering more proactive, connected and efficient care.”

My dashboard uses advanced data analytics to understand members’ and patients’ health needs and then displays a personalized collection of more than 85 prompts to guide them to the care they need at the moment they need it.

Data since January 2024 shows My dashboard makes care simpler and improves health care engagement. During that time period:

  • 71% of all dashboard users visited the site at least once.
  • My dashboard users logged in, on average, 2.5 times per month, which is more often than non-users.
  • My dashboard users were 2 times as likely to complete a recommended mammogram screening than non-users.
  • Those who engaged with My dashboard were less likely to cancel appointments and more likely to schedule appointments, pay bills and check in online.

The user experience is part of HealthPartners’ broader approach to personalize health care experiences so members and patients are more engaged and empowered to live healthier lives.

My dashboard is now available to 1.2 million consumers with online accounts by logging into healthpartners.com.
