HealthPartners has been recognized as one of health care’s innovation leaders by a respected industry publication.

Modern Healthcare named HealthPartners as one of its 2025 Innovators Award honorees for the organization’s forward-looking approach to health care. Modern Healthcare’s Innovators program distinguishes leaders and organizations driving innovation that improves care, achieves measurable results and contributes to the clinical and financial goals of the organization.

HealthPartners was recognized for its Mental Health Rapid Access Model, a new approach to getting patients easier access to mental health care by providing a short-term intervention option with same-day or next-day appointments.

• Since the program began in 2022, it has served more than 9,000 patients.
• More than 80 percent of patients had their mental health needs met within one or two visits with the rapid access team and did not need to go on to longer term therapy.
• HealthPartners recently expanded the model to provide mental health rapid access support for kids and teens.
