New renderings showing hospital and clinic spaces at the new HealthPartners Lakeview Hospital were shared with hundreds of community members at an open house event on Aug. 21.

Members of the design team along with Lakeview leadership shared how feedback from community members and colleagues helped shape the interior design. Lakeview colleagues also discussed how the additional space will add capacity for current specialty services as well as the addition of others.

“Lakeview Hospital has been an integral part of this community for more than 140 years. Our partnership goes far beyond the physical building. It’s rooted in relationships we have with each other, the care we provide and our work together to create a shared vision of the future of care in the region,” says Brandi Lunneborg, president at HealthPartners Lakeview Hospital. “We’re excited to showcase what it will look like inside the new hospital and clinic space. Getting additional feedback as we refine these spaces is crucial to creating the comfortable, welcoming environment that Lakeview is known for.”

Throughout the hospital’s design process, HealthPartners has actively engaged with the community through a survey along with a series of in-person events, including focus groups and open houses.
